    In line with our commitments linked to the Sustainable Development Charter, EKONEA is a regional scheme that supports the integration of environmental issues into vocational training. It responds to the needs of companies and learners in the face of ecological challenges.

    EKONEA aims to:

    • Meet the needs of companies by integrating, into existing training courses, the specific skills they are looking for to support the evolution of their professions in the face of environmental transition.
    • Support training organisations in adapting their training programmes to the new requirements of the labour market.
    • Train professionals to be immediately operational by adding practical know-how that is directly applicable to real-life situations.
    • Create a direct link between training and employment, by working with companies to anticipate and structure training provision in line with recruitment needs.
