RVRC 4.0

The RVRC 4.0 project is supported by the French government as part of the "Dispositifs France Formation Innovante Numérique" (DEFFINUM) programme, operated by Caisse des Dépôts (Banque des Territoires). The aim of this innovative initiative is to develop the behavioural skills essential to customer relations jobs. By integrating immersive and interactive tools, it prepares high school students and their teachers to meet the challenges of the digital and collaborative transformations that are shaping this sector.

A multidimensional project to modernise customer relations training

The aim of the RVRC 4.0 project is to explore and promote the learning of behavioural skills linked to the transformation of customer relations professions, by developing an experimental training system.

This system integrates immersive and interactive tools to analyse skills, create a training repository, modernise learning methods, and collaborate with companies to co-construct virtual environments.

The project also aims to develop the technical skills of teachers and assess the impact of new technologies in training, with a view to transferring this approach to other contexts.

A network of partners for educational and professional innovation

The partners in the RVRC 4.0 project include academic institutions, research centres, vocational training providers, companies specialising in immersive technologies, as well as professional associations and professional integration organisations.

Towards a transformation of skills

Deployment of RVRC 4.0 project activities in partner high schools

RVRC 4.0 project include the organisation of meetings with secondary schools to promote the project and raise awareness among teachers and students.

Several educational scenarios, focusing on customer relations, are developed in collaboration with teachers. The scenarios are then tested in the high schools, with adjustments made based on feedback.

The augmented reality modules, in the form of a video game, are shared and tested in high schools in the Nice, Aix-Marseille and Lille academies. Lastly, active communication is being put in place to ensure the project's dissemination and visibility.

Transforming customer relations skills

The RVRC 4.0 plans to validate the teaching scenarios adapted to customer relations after testing, as well as the official adoption of the virtual reality modules in the partner high schools.

It will strengthen the customer relations skills of high school students through immersive educational video games.

The project also provides for extended collaboration with other academies to integrate virtual reality in more schools and targeted communication to increase its visibility.
