On completion of the qualification, the Training Projects and Engineering Manager will be able to design, implement and/or manage training initiatives that meet all types of expressed or emerging needs. They will be able to take charge of monitoring, designing, managing, implementing and evaluating systems, and will know how to transfer them to other contexts or other users. He/she will carry out these activities using innovative and/or tried and tested teaching approaches and tools. In this way, he/she will contribute to the development of markets and the sustainability of the organisation.
At the end of the course, the trainee will be able to:

Block 1: Designing a customised, multimodal training programme incorporating skills development consultancy
Block 2: Managing a multimodal training scheme as part of a quality approach
Block 3: Implementing learning situations
Block 4: Managing teams in the training sector

Have level 5 certification;
Prove at least two years' professional supervisory experience, equivalent to level 5;
Prove at least five years' professional experience in team management.
Candidates who do not hold level 5 certification or have experience in the training professions may also be admitted, after examination of their application, if they have mastered a professional field enabling them to reinvest it in the job of Training Projects and Engineering Manager.
