On completion of their training, systems and networks technicians will be able to take part in the commissioning and maintenance in operational condition of IT infrastructure. They will intervene effectively on systems and networks, on the hardware and software elements that make up the infrastructure in order to offer users, employees or customers the expected level of service and assistance.
He will be able to contribute to the development of users' skills for better use of the software, terminals and collaborative tools that he will be responsible for synchronising.
He will be able to diagnose and resolve malfunctions relating to systems, networks and IP telephony and will be able to restore access to shared resources and applications.
He will be able to administer the various environments of externally hosted services at the same time as keeping a technological and regulatory watch to provide new solutions and improvements.
Working for a cloud service provider, software publisher or hosting provider, you will be able to operate servers, commission them and put applications into production.

The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.
The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.
The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.
The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
