Industrial Vehicle Repairer vocational qualification

At the end of the training course, using a job sheet setting out the work to be carried out, the industrial vehicle repair mechanic will be able to maintain and repair road haulage vehicles.

• to carry out maintenance operations, by replacing and checking fluids in components, circuits and that of wearing parts,
• to repair the engine by partial renovation or replacement, the engine peripherals and the transmission by replacement of components and parts,
• to ensure that hydraulic or pneumatic power systems are connected to the ground in accordance with the mandatory statutory inspections.

This professional qualification consists of 3 Professional Skills Certificates.

CCP 1 - Carry out routine vehicle maintenance operations

- Carry out the takeover and maintenance of motor vehicles

- Repair mechanical assemblies

- Intervene on on-board electrical systems

CCP 2 - Repair the engine, peripherals and transmission

- Repair engine peripherals

- Repair engines and transmission

- Work on an on-board air conditioning cold loop

CCP 3 - Repair vehicle chassis equipment and trailers subject to statutory inspections

-. Repair the links and mechanical components of chassis equipment

- Repair the hydraulic systems of equipment and braking

- Repair the pneumatic braking and servicing systems

  • After arriving in France, Muhammad A followed an exemplary course thanks to the training offered by GRETA-CFA Vaucluse. He went through a period of FLE (Francais Langue Etrangère) training to improve his oral and written communication. He then switched to an INTERIM course to validate his project, before successfully completing a vocational qualification as a commercial and industrial vehicle repair mechanic.
