The aim of this course is to obtain the Professional Adult Trainer qualification (RNCP 37275 - level 5). It enables students to acquire the following skills:
1. Designing and preparing training:
2. Leading a training course and assessing learners' learning achievements:
3. Supporting learners in their training:
4. Integrate your professional practice into a quality and corporate social responsibility approach:
The training is organised into blocks of skills structured into progressive sequences alternating theoretical input, practical application and assessment. Active methods and the creation of toolboxes are favoured.
Block 1 - Designing and preparing training
The learner learns to analyse a training request, identify needs and formalise teaching objectives based on case studies. They will design teaching progressions and multimodal scenarios by producing support materials (sequences, activities, resources).
Block 2 - Leading and assessing
The learner will learn to lead face-to-face and distance learning sequences, to mobilise appropriate leadership techniques and to manage group dynamics. They will use assessment tools, analyse the results and suggest appropriate remedial measures.
Block 3 - Supporting learners
Learners will learn how to welcome, position and support learners, individualise courses and provide distance tutoring via the Moodle platform. They will support professional development through interviews and monitoring tools.
Bloc 4 - Quality approach
The learner will learn to apply the regulatory framework, carry out professional monitoring and analyse their practices. They integrate the issues of quality, inclusion and responsibility.
A positioning is carried out upstream in order to adapt the course. Regular monitoring is provided by the educational adviser with progress reviews, individualised support and adjustment of learning according to needs. In-company monitoring is also put in place to encourage professionalisation.
Acquired skills are assessed throughout the course through in-company assessments positioned at the end of each skill. These take the form of work placements, expected productions (media, sequences, analyses) and summative assessments. They enable the acquisition of skills to be verified and learning to be adapted according to needs.
The test takes place in front of an authorised jury. Presentation of a professional dossier, role play and interview. The panel validates all or part of the qualification. Examination sessions are organised at the end of the course according to a timetable communicated to candidates.
