-    perform routine secretarial tasks: present, enter and update professional documents using office automation tools and optimise the operation of the organisation's generic messaging system.
-    to welcome visitors, deal with telephone calls, receive and send mail;
-    to carry out the research required to respond to requests for information both internally and externally.

Trained in interpersonal techniques and new communication technologies, and with a good command of the basic functions of office software, by the end of this apprenticeship you will have developed autonomy, a sense of organisation, a spirit of initiative, speed of execution and adaptability to the work context.

Certificate of professional skills 2:
Assuring the reception of a structure
Welcoming and guiding visitors and employees
Handling telephone calls
Responding to internal and external requests for information


  • Professional qualification from the Ministry of Labour Level 3 (CAP)
