By mobilising a customer-oriented attitude and a service posture and taking advantage of teamwork, the holder of the TP Sales Assistant will be able to:

- Contribute to the development of sales of goods and services on the French and international markets in a highly digitised environment

- Engage in commercial intelligence.

- In line with the company's strategic objectives, manage sales administration: process orders, settle disputes, update the "customer" database and maintain a continuous and dynamic relationship with them.

- Monitor supply chain operations, ensuring that the process runs smoothly: from production to delivery of products or services to the customer.

- Organise canvassing and sales campaigns with the sales teams, ensure that the public is welcomed and approached at sales events in both French and English.

The training is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical application and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

Introduction: exploration of the profession, collection of professional testimonials, company organisation, course structure, human and teaching resources, initiatives, the learner’s role and approach, projects, group work, assessment, etc.

Training and participation in the Professional Qualification session

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learners to learn in conditions that closely resemble the real working world.

Maximum total duration of 1,698 hours, comprising 1,180 hours in the workplace and 518 hours at a training centre.

Have a good level of oral and written communication in French (baccalauréat level).

Have a good command, at least at user level, of digital tools facilitating and structuring communication.

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.

The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.

The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.

The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.

The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
