The "Mention Complémentaire Accueil Réception" is a one-year post-baccalaureate course that prepares students for the job of receptionist.


C01 - Selling the establishment's services

Implementing differentiated reception procedures

Implementing negotiation

Selling the establishment's room product and services

Implementing procedures for restoring the workstation

Applying the company's commercial procedures

BC02 -. Administrative follow-up of customers

Implement and apply administrative and management procedures in accordance with current regulations

Analyse and evaluate results and situations (quality approach, building customer loyalty)

Processing the customer file from booking to monitoring departure

Recording, invoicing, cashing in and controlling sales for the establishment

BC03 - Reception and communication

Establishing and ensuring the reception relationship, from booking to customer departure

Informing, informing the customer

Sending and receiving information internal and external to the company

Implementing an information search and processing process

Implementing information procedures


  • Diploma from the Ministry of National Education and Youth Level 4 (Baccalauréat, BP, BT)

Maximum total duration of 1,025 hours, including 525 hours in a company and 500 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.

Bac technologique (STT) ou général ou professionnel ou niveau IV et 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle.

It is advisable to have a good ability to adapt to timetables, a keen sense of organisation, interpersonal skills as well as an interest in modern languages.
