The aim of this vocational degree is to train managers capable of drawing up and managing payrolls and social security and tax charges, using the main payroll and human resources management software and being able to advise decision-makers on difficulties concerning payroll.

BC02 - Use data for analysis : Identify, select, analyse and synthesise with a critical mind various resources, donated in his/her field of specialisation to document, argue or exploit a subject

BC04 - Position oneself in relation to a professional field: Characterise and enhance one's identity, skills and professional project in relation to a mastered professional context and environment.
BC05 - Act responsibly within a professional organisation: Situate one's role and mission within an organisation in order to adapt and take initiatives, making the most of knowledge. Work as part of a team, in a network, independently and responsibly in the service of a project. Analysing and self-assessing in professional situations to improve practice. Respect the principles of ethics, deontology and social and environmental responsibility, including the issue of disability and accessibility.
BC06 - Produce payroll documents and associated social declarations in compliance with the law and collective agreements: Analyse laws, decrees and agreements to understand the impact on payroll. Maintain a legal, social and economic watch and keep the documents required by regulations up to date. Record or enter data required for payroll management. Draw up pay slips independently, taking into account all the variables for the month. Using the payroll software, draw up the social security declaration forms (including DSN) and tax declarations for social purposes, as required by the regulations in force.
BC07 - Ensure the legal and administrative management of staff: Draw up employment contracts and be familiar with their diversity and specific features. Dealing with staff on administrative matters. Calculate the balance of all accounts and draw up all the documents required when an employee leaves.
BC08 - Secure the payroll file: Set up the procedure to ensure the reliability and collection of data. Check the client entity's social data annually to secure, regulate and anticipate future declarations.
BC09 - Support the various stakeholders: Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client or employee and support, advise by adopting a listening and alert posture. Implement management tools for the various stakeholders.
