CS - Certificate of Specialisation in Digital Services for Organisations

The holder of this additional qualification carries out activities related to the operation of an organisation's information system and its online presence. Under the authority of their line manager, they are responsible for the technical and organisational aspects of their work, within the regulatory frameworks. Using his/her technical, communication and leadership skills, he/she participates in the proper use of digital tools and applications by assisting users, contributing to the quality of the organisation's presence and the security of its information system.

In apprenticeship: Training is available within a minimum of 48 hours, subject to validation of your application and the position in the company (diploma compliance), until the end of the 1st month of the start of the course.

The holder of the complementary qualification "Digital services for organisations" carries out his or her duties within organisations affected by digital transformation which, under the effect of dematerialisation, automation and disintermediation/re-intermediation, made possible by digital technologies, are profoundly changing the way they operate.

Organisations may be public or private. Examples include local authorities, public administrations, associations, Very Small Enterprises (VSEs) and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) whatever their sector of activity.
