The BTS Transport Management and Associated Logistics trains specialists capable of managing and optimising national and international goods flows. On completion of the course, candidates will be able to:

  • Organise transport and logistics services at local, regional, national, European and international level.
  • Optimise operations in a context of globalisation of trade, taking into account the complementary nature of modes of transport (air, rail, river, sea...) and sustainable development.Contribute to the implementation of strategic decisions and coordinate operations between the company's various departments and with external partners.

The course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote hands-on, progressive learning.

BC01 – Implementation of transport operations and logistics services

BC03 - Analysis of the performance of transport and logistics operations

  • Monitoring of indicators and dashboards
  • Analysis of operational and financial performance

BC04 - Sustaining and developing transport and logistics operations

  • Identifying the need to sustain or an opportunity to develop transport and logistics operations
  • Identifying solutions and justifying the choice of a solution
  • Plan the actions corresponding to the chosen solution
  • Fund the proposed actions
  • Communicate with and engage the team on a project
  • Assess the impact of a project

General skills: General knowledge and communication skills, Modern foreign languages, economic, legal and managerial knowledge

Throughout the course, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor learning to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables students to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learning in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.

Maximum total duration of 3,650 hours, including 2,300 hours in a company and 1,350 hours at the training centre.

    The training takes place in person at the centre, which provides the ideal setting for building group dynamics, encouraging interactive discussions between trainees and making use of professional equipment.

Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.

Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.

This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.

If a candidate fails the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years
