The holder of the federal riding diploma is able to:
- To welcome the various publics and promote the activities and events of an equestrian establishment;
- To take part in the supervision of equestrian activities up to the first levels of competition, ensuring the safety of riders, third parties and equines;
- To maintain equines and infrastructures to enable them to be used in compliance with the principles of animal welfare, health and safety rules and the regulations in force.

Maximum total duration of 1,812 hours, including 1,280 hours in a company and 532 hours at the training centre.
The duration of the course is indicative and will be determined according to your profile.
All audiences
The applicant must meet the following requirements prior to entering the course:
● Be at least 16 years old;
● Hold the "level 1 civic prevention and first aid" certificate (PSC1) or "first aid training certificate" (AFPS) or a certificate recognised as equivalent by the regulations in force ;
● Present a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice and supervision of horse riding dating from less than one year before the date of entry to the training course;
● Hold one of the following diplomas issued by the FFE
General case: Degree 1 or Galop 6 riding or wilderness;
When the training is carried out as an apprenticeship: Degree 1 or Galop 5 riding or wilderness;
When the training is carried out as an apprenticeship over a period of 2 years or more: Galop 3 riding or wilderness.
