At the end of their training, holders of this professional qualification will be able to:
- organise, supervise and regulate logistics activities and draw up and exploit indicators by making computerised information flows visible in real time;
- identify and analyse malfunctions or drifts in logistics operations;
- draw up and implement operational solutions to deal with non-conformities and risk situations.
- carry out and argue a technical and economic feasibility study of the logistics solutions he/she has identified;
- define and formalise an action plan to deploy the chosen solution;
- lay out logistics areas and locate products in accordance with physical and regulatory constraints.
- size and plan human and material resources and manage logistics teams;
- draw up work procedures, communicate them and ensure they are adhered to;
- participate in their development by developing and implementing logistics solutions, in order to guarantee the targeted levels of productivity, profitability and service;
- manage interactions between the various players in the warehouse, has seen its role as an interface between its teams, hierarchy, customers, suppliers and service providers.

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.
The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.
The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.
The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.
The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
