On completion of the course, the holder of this qualification will be able to carry out administrative and logistical assistant activities working for a line manager, often the head of the company, or a team.
He/she will be able to:
- carry out administrative monitoring of commercial and human resources functions.
- in the field of accounting and payroll, check and record the company's social and tax (VAT) documents, collect the elements needed to calculate the payroll, ensure that they are taken into account and prepare current social declarations.
- use integrated, high-performance software and dematerialised accounting supports in his/her assignments
The course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical application and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

Equivalences and pathways: to be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on the candidate’s background: Following a Practical Training (TP) course in Accounting Secretarial Studies (a professional qualification registered with the RNCP, generally level 4 – equivalent to A-levels), several career paths or progression options are available. Direct entry into the workforce The qualification enables graduates to take up roles such as: Accounting Secretary Administrative and Accounting Assistant Administrative Clerk Management Assistant Bookkeeper in an SME or a firm. Further study in accounting or management Several higher-level courses may be considered: BTS in Accounting and Management (BTS CG) BTS in SME Management (GPME) Professional qualification in Accounting and Tax Management (equivalent to a three-year degree) BTS in Management Support (SAM), depending on the individual’s career plans. Possible specialisations: Further training in related fields: Payroll Management (TP Payroll Manager) Personnel Administration / HR Accounting and Office Software. Career progression with experience With experience, possible progression to: Accountant Administrative Manager Executive Assistant Administrative Manager in a small organisation.

For this professional qualification, ongoing assessments (ECF) are organised throughout the course to evaluate the candidate’s progress and their mastery of professional skills.
The final examination takes place before a two-member examination panel comprising professionals from the sector. It comprises a professional role-play and an interview based on the professional portfolio (DP), which highlights the experience and skills developed by the candidate.
The final examination takes place within two months of the end of the training course.
The examination panel validates all or part of the Professional Qualification. In the event of partial validation, the professional competence certificates (CCP) (or competence modules) obtained are valid for a period of five years.
The candidate may subsequently complete the missing modules to obtain the Professional Qualification in its entirety.
