  • Designing learning and assessment activities incorporating multimodality

2. Leading a training course and assessing learners' learning achievements:

  • Leading a training course and facilitating learning using different methods
  • Assessing learners' learning achievements
  • Remediating individual learning difficulties

3. Supporting learners in their training:

  • Supporting learners in their training path
  • Welcoming a learner in training and co-constructing their path
  • Tutoring distance learners
  • Supporting the professional development of learners

4. Integrate your professional practice into a quality and corporate social responsibility approach:

  • Respect and ensure respect for current regulations in training and in your speciality
  • Maintain your expertise as a trainer and as a professional in your speciality by keeping a watchful eye
  • Analysing your professional practice
.

The course is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

Module 1 – Designing and preparing the training course

  • Learners learn to analyse a training request, identify needs and formulate learning objectives based on case studies. They design a learning pathway and multimodal scenarios by producing teaching materials (lesson plans, activities, resources).

Module 2 – Facilitating and assessing

  • Learners learn to facilitate face-to-face and distance learning sessions, to employ appropriate facilitation techniques and to manage group dynamics. They implement assessment tools, analyse the results and propose appropriate remedial measures.

Module 3 – Supporting learners

  • Learners learn how to welcome, guide and support learners, to tailor learning pathways to individual needs, and to provide remote tutoring via the Moodle platform. They support professional development through interviews and monitoring tools.

Module 4 – Quality Assurance

  • Learners learn to apply the regulatory framework, monitor professional developments and analyse their own practices. They incorporate the key issues of quality, inclusion and accountability.

Throughout the programme, learners benefit from personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor the learning to each individual’s needs.

A work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.

Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, work-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, practical scenarios and collaborative activities enable learners to learn in conditions that closely resemble the real-world workplace.
