On completion of their training, shop sales staff will be able to contribute to the attractiveness of the merchandising unit and satisfy demand, they make products available to customers. The job involves working in small, medium-sized or large food, non-food or specialist stores, in a noisy environment where temperatures can vary considerably. The job requires a lot of movement around the sales area and stockroom, with handling that may involve wearing protective equipment (PPE, CACES).
Depending on the constraints of the business, customer flows and unforeseen events, working hours may be staggered. They may be required to work on Sundays and public holidays.He/she works in compliance with the principles of safety and optimisation of effort and applies preventive measures against the risks associated with his/her working environment.
