On completion of the course, the Process Integration Specialist Technician will be able to:

• Analyse a production process and identify avenues for improvement
• Define the detailed specifications of a pre-project to develop or optimise a manufacturing process
• Contribute to the technological and regulatory watch required for the activity
• Present appropriate and relevant technical solutions
• Manage the deployment of the technical solution chosen
• Measure the effectiveness of the technical solution chosen
• Communicate with the various parties involved

BC01 - Seeking solutions to improve production resources

• Analysing a production process and identifying areas for improvement,
• Defining the detailed specifications of a preliminary project to develop or optimise a manufacturing process,
• Contributing to the technological and regulatory watch required for the activity,
• Presenting appropriate and relevant technical solutions.

BC02 - Steering the implementation of the process integration technical solution

• Steering the deployment of the chosen technical solution,
• Measuring the effectiveness of the chosen technical solution,
• Communicating with the various contacts.

The training pathway is validated after a positioning of the candidate:

• Be the holder of a Bac+2 in an industrial field, with a focus on mechanics (BTS CPRP (IPM), CPI, ATI, DUT GMP)
• Validation of professional experience for those who do not hold a bac+2

• By separate blocks (validity: 5 years)

The Technician specialising in process integration works in industrial companies in all sectors of goods production activity whatever the size of the company and the manufacturing or operating processes (production lines, transformation processes, assembly/assembly, packaging, etc.).

The sectors are very varied: automotive, aeronautical and space, rail, naval, agricultural machinery, mechanical engineering, agri-food, chemical and petrochemical, plastics, paper, electronics, energy production, pharmaceutical, medical and paramedical, ....

The Technician specialising in process integration can work in the methods and production department of an industrial company, in a company providing manufacturing or operating process engineering, and also with manufacturers of production equipment to adapt it to the customer's needs
