Objectives:
The holder of the "CAP Équipier polyvalent du commerce" diploma carries out his/her activity in an omnichannel context within a commercial unit that distributes products and services. To do this, they comply with health and safety rules.
On completion of the course, they will be able to:
- receive and monitor orders and parcels;
- contribute to supplying and enhancing the commercial unit;
- welcome, inform, advise and support customers throughout their purchasing process.

- Applying a method for analysing an everyday situation and documentation
- Relating a physiological phenomenon, an environmental issue, a regulatory provision, with a preventive measure
- Propose a solution to a health-related problem, environment or consumption and argue for a choice
- Communicate in writing and orally using clear syntax and appropriate technical vocabulary
- Act in an emergency situation
