At the end of his/her training, the holder of this BTS will be able to:
- welcome customers and support them throughout their journey, whatever the communication channel available to them, ensuring the quality of the service provided and the adaptation of the proposal formulated with a view to building customer loyalty and developing a relationship of personalised trust based on knowledge of each customer;
- deal with most of the day-to-day problems faced by private individuals in the areas of day-to-day banking, investment, credit, personal, property and liability insurance ;
- to develop business quantitatively and qualitatively by applying the commercial policy of the institution or network of institutions in compliance with safety rules, regulations and ethics specific to the sector of activity ;
- to provide advice and technical expertise corresponding to each customer's request and situation while controlling financial risks and drawing on partners inside or outside the institution;
- to ensure an organisational, legal, economic and sectoral watch that enables an up-to-date and coherent response to be provided to the customer, in compliance with the prudential and regulatory framework.
The training is organised into several skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.

Throughout the programme, learners receive personalised support with regular monitoring by the teaching team and progress reviews to tailor learning to each individual’s needs.
A work placement also enables learners to develop professional skills in a real-world setting.
Skills are assessed progressively through role-plays, practical exercises, professional projects and assessments carried out throughout the course.

Education Nationale certified teachers, Bac +3 trainers with significant experience in adult education, professional lecturers.
Assessments are organised throughout the course and at the end of the programme, in accordance with the qualification framework. Assessment tests may take the form of in-course assessments (CCF) and/or final examinations.
Support with exam preparation is provided throughout the course to help candidates succeed.
This qualification is awarded following validation by the academic examination board.
If a candidate fails the qualification, they retain credit for the modules they have passed and may retake the remaining examinations at a later date. The modules passed remain valid for 5 years

Insertion into a position as an individual customer adviser
to be exercised in a branch, in entities responsible for "transaction processing" or in remote relations structures of banking, insurance or financial institutions and networks.
With a very good record, further study is possible in a professional degree in the field of banking-finance.
