Handle a complaint, a summons or a dispute.
Negotiate with the policyholder, the third-party claimant or the beneficiary with a view to resolving the case.
Negotiate the financial and strategic aspects of the claim settlement.
Build a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and customer satisfaction.
The training is organised into two skill modules, enabling step-by-step progression. It alternates between theoretical input, practical exercises and assessment sessions to promote practical and progressive learning.
BC01 – Welcoming and supporting banking and insurance customers in a multi-channel environment, identifying and analysing their needs
Welcoming customers in person or remotely, adapting communication to each situation – including where customers have a disability – and building a relationship of trust.
Preparing for meetings by gathering relevant information, defining objectives and anticipating questions.
Conduct initial consultation meetings in accordance with ethical standards, practise active listening and identify clients’ needs as well as business opportunities.
Analysing clients’ financial, legal and tax situations using documents and analytical tools, including digital and AI-based ones.
Draft meeting minutes to ensure a record of discussions and personalised case management.
BC02 – Advise on and market insurance, savings and financing solutions, whether for personal use or as part of their professional activity, whilst complying with regulations and respecting clients’ rights
Open bank accounts by checking that the documentation is in order and explaining the services, terms and conditions of use.
Advise clients on payment methods and banking services suited to their needs and risk profile.
Propose savings solutions by outlining their features, tax implications and benefits in line with the client’s objectives.
Recommend the property and casualty insurance policies best suited to the client’s situation and protection needs.
Support financing projects by proposing solutions tailored to the client’s repayment capacity.
Negotiate commercial and financial terms, address objections and close the sale in the best interests of both the client and the institution.

Our teaching methodology prioritises a practical, industry-focused approach: case studies, role-plays, simulated scenarios and collaborative activities enable learners to learn in conditions that closely mirror the real working world.
